We want every customer to love their Earthish Skincare products. Due to the nature of skincare and hygiene regulations, we’re unable to accept returns or refunds for opened or used items, or for change of mind.
If a product arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll happily arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.
