Shipping policy

We currently offer standard and express shipping Australia-wide through Australia Post. All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days, and customers receive a tracking number once their parcel is on the way.

At this stage, we don’t offer international shipping, but we’re working towards it soon — especially for our overseas customers who have shown interest in Earthish Skincare.

Local pick-up or delivery may be available for selected Melbourne areas upon request.

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days from Melbourne, Australia.

Once dispatched, delivery times are estimated as follows:

Standard Shipping (Australia Post): 3–7 business days, depending on location
Express Shipping (Australia Post): 1–3 business days to most metro areas

Please note: rural and regional areas may take a few extra days, especially during busy periods. Customers will receive a tracking number by email once their order has been sent.

We offer free standard shipping for all orders over $70 Australia-wide. Orders under $70 are charged a flat-rate shipping fee. Express shipping is also available at checkout.
